Such an awesome figure! I see Condor as the Action Force equal to Duke. He is the go-to go with skillsets that allow him to be in the frontlines and behind the lines... which we will talk about a little later! Condor, a formidable and charismatic character in the Valaverse Action Force lineup, is brought to life in stunning detail with the action figure bearing his name. As a highly skilled and strategic aerial operative, Condor is equipped with an impressive array of accessories, including armor, advanced weaponry, and a combat helmet. The action figure seamlessly captures Condor's dynamic persona, from the determined expression on his intricately sculpted face to the carefully designed gear that enhances his combat prowess. With multiple points of articulation, collectors and fans alike can recreate intense missions or pose Condor in striking display setups. The Condor action figure not only embodies the essence of this iconic character but also exemplifies the exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail that defines the entire Valaverse Action Force collection.
Another version of Condor was released where he is in a Covert Ops style setup. Kind of reminds me of Chuckles from G.I. Joe but he is not quite the same! I enjoy the much simpler look of this Condor compared to the goofiness of Chuckles. I like the scruffy head that this version of Condor comes with as well. It's great because it allows collectors to display Condor in a variety of ways. Covert? Yep! Combat? Yep! Clean shaven? Sure! Scruffy? Of course! This version, though, is a Valaverse exclusive where you must send in the points from the back of the package. It kind of reminds me of the mail-in exclusives from my childhood. It's great to see the point system being used. Way to go, Valaverse!
Another version of Condor exists as a Series 4. It's great that the Action Force line has found ways to make the characters come back in stock, even in different forms, so that way new collectors can join in and get many of the main characters without having to pay an arm and a leg to build their team. Also, another great feature is that a lot of the Action Force figures come with additional masked heads. This allows for collectors to decide which Condor they want to display as Condor while using the extra masked heads to create a new character or additional grunts as needed! There also was what was labeled as a "Special Deployment" Condor which was a reissue but repainted Condor as well. Definitely a cool way to allow for collectors new to the line to still add Condor! Sadly, the Special Deployment Condor is also sold out but there's still the Desert Ops for those who need a more military look.
In my collection, I have both the Covert Ops and I believe the original Condor. I am not certain anymore as the Valaverse site doesn't show past orders. Either way, I am excited to have him pose with the rest of the group from his group. However, I will admit that I need to read the Action Force comic book series soon so I can properly learn about these cool characters and their designs... Just don't tell Bobby Vala that I am slacking in that area!
